The 7 Winning Plays are designed to prepare you for your big moments. They guide you in leadership, and personal growth through athletics, academics, and community. These plays are inspired by real-life sports stories and practical spiritual guidance.
Core Frameworks: 4 C’s, 5 S’s, and 3D
4 C’s – Commitment, Character, Charisma, Calling
Commitment – Dedication to family, community, and excellence in all you do
Character – Live authentically with diligence, integrity, and courage
Charisma – Use your strengths to inspire, encourage, and support others
Calling – Step forward with purpose and take action that creates a positive impact
5 S’s – Selecting, Showing Up, Sensitive, Serving, Strategy
Selecting – Choose the environments where you can make the greatest impact

Peer Mentoring for Growth and Impact
Lettermen’s Club connects athletes to support one another in academics, leadership, and community involvement. Using the 7 Winning Plays and core frameworks, student-athletes mentor their peers to excel both on and off the field.
This program creates a culture of accountability, encouragement, and leadership within teams and schools.
