Peer Mentoring for Growth and Impact

Lettermen’s Club connects athletes to support one another in academics, leadership, and community involvement. Using the 7 Winning Plays and core frameworks, student-athletes mentor their peers to excel both on and off the field.

This program creates a culture of accountability, encouragement, and leadership within teams and schools.
